Our facilities include:

Sales office – including Export and shipping departments

Design office – having 2D and 3D CAD stations

Machine shop – including conventional and CNC controlled machines giving us the ability to cut, turn, mill, drill and thread electrically conductive materials

Non ferrous foundry and pattern shop – enabling us to produce our own castings in brass, aluminium and zinc alloys

Jointing shop – including welding and soldering to provide secure joints in bushings and connectors

Electro-plating plant – to enable us to electro-tin plate non-ferrous parts giving improved conductivity and corrosion protection

Assembly and test areas – giving us the ability to assemble products and carry out routine and type tests to ISO 60137 including pressure testing and high-voltage testing

Fabrication shops – Mild Steel Fabrication shop includes 4.5kW Bystronic Byspeed Laser with Automatic Sheet Feeder along with CNC Press brake, M.I.G. welding bays, Shot blasting chamber, Metal Spraying Chamber and conventional and airless spray booths. 

Our Stainless Steel Fabrication shop includes CNC Guillotine, Punch and Press brake along with T.I.G. welding bays and a Finishing shop having an electro-polishing plant as well as mechanical polishing facilities

Export packing department – providing the facilities to package, crate and ship products globally

QESH department – including specialists in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Environment Safety and Health
