1966 Founded by Mr Horace Webster, Webster-Wilkinson Ltd established as the first Company in Telford, Shropshire, UK 

1967 Webster-Wilkinson Ltd is officially opened by HRH Queen Elizabeth II

1968 Exports first order to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe)

1969 Acquires William Barnsley Ltd – non-ferrous foundry

1969 Expands to larger premises

1970 Production of first 66kV bushing

1970 Founder Mr Horace Webster passes away and is succeeded by Mr Stewart J Webster

1983 Expands to larger premises – Park Avenue

1985 Acquires Vigo gaskets

1991 Acquires Component Developments – Specialist fabricators in Stainless Steel

1992 Webster-Wilkinson Ltd achieves accreditation to BS5750 (ISO 9001)-Quality Assurance

1993 Acquires Associated Tapchangers Ltd (ATL) Off Circuit Tapchanger Division

2002 Existing Directors acquire Company via MBO

2003 Expands into larger premises – Unit A Halesfield 10, Telford, UK

2006 Expands Fabrication Division into Unit B2 Halesfield 10, Telford, UK

2010 Achieves accreditation to ISO 14001-Environment and OHSAS 18001-Health & Safety
