For over 40 years, Webster-Wilkinson has supplied resin products, working in a collaborative partnership with Permali Insulators (Mekufa UK), producing cast resin monoblocs and collaborating on projects. Our Chairman, Tony Greenfield, has personally worked with the previous owner and Managing Director of Mekufa UK, Tim Holder, on the design, production, quality, and testing of resin products supplied around the world. Together, they have over 60 years’ combined experience in the production of resin products sold by Webster-Wilkinson Ltd, Permali Insulators (Mekufa UK Ltd), Capmark Ltd, and Thermocast Ltd.

Following Tim’s sale of Mekufa UK and its closure by the subsequent owners, we were able to obtain the original tooling and equipment. Since then, we have invested heavily in building our own resin manufacturing plant, recently extended to include small batch Vacuum Casting process specialising in smaller volumes and heritage part manufacture

Auto pressure Gelation (APG)
Although LV Monoblock production is the main activity currently in APG we have the capability to produce other parts subject to suitable tooling and associated handing rigs or machines.

Vacuum Casting.
This was et up to fill a void left in the industry for batch production and Heritage part manufacture, working with toolmaker was have worked with for many years we are able to reverse engineer components in addition to receiving customers existing tooling to produce the part or parts required.
